Unsweetened soy almond, coconut or rice milk
Fresh banana apple or apricots (optional)
2– 3 tablespoons of LSA and/or hemp seeds (for extra protein)
Cook oats.
Add unsweetened soy, almond, coconut or rice milk.
Add fresh banana, apple or apricots if desired and LSA and/or hemp seeds.
Serve.
